Yay!!!!!
I know he's getting on a bit but is exactly what our midfield is missing. Played 44 times this season so no reason to think he won't be able to play regularly for us.
Fantastic news. Well done the club.
Wonder who decided to sign him though... |

Welcome home Danny.
Has he played before with any of the present squad? |

My favourite Crawley player ever. It's fabulous to see him back; he should never have been allowed to leave. |

Best news for ages, hopefully he'll be the spine of the side next season, something that seems to have been missing recently
If this forum gave the club the idea to sign him then well done the club for taking notice, if not then well done anyway

I'd love to know if Dannie has met the new manager prior to signing.
I also hope the club aren't trying to sweeten us up prior to someone like Steve King or Harry Kewell being appointed.
Aside from that, Bulman and Smith in central midfield next season? We've missed that protector in front of the back four ever since he left so great to have him back.
Also note that he left AFCW due to finances, which may suggest that there is some sort of decent budget in place for next season. |

The best news to be released from the Club for a season or more !!
Now give him the Skipper's armband and progress forward.
Well done to all concerned in making this dream a reality.

My favourite memory of him, and I'm sure the same for many others, is him scoring a brace of headers at wimbledon in our league two promotion season. "Is there a fire drill?!" That was an awesome day.
