It's the first time I can recall the Senior Cup being played before the normal league season has finished.
And it's the earliest it's been played at The Amex since the final moved there in 2011. |

So long as the suits get a knees up and glass of bubbly to wash down their pre match meal nothing else really matters to the fa here. Wednesday evening??? Couldve chosen Saturday afternoon and got more kids along and nice summers afternoon day out and get mote Sussex people into football. I actually think the venue is dire....dire big pitch...we all be stuck on one side (hopefully can sit wherever but thats down to lottery of stuarts) and transport restricted to dreadful train service. Will they bother with tv screen replays doubt it but the tenner a burger prices will be operating all right! |

Its so early (in season) i forgot we can parade the trophy and celebrate at home against Mansfield. Rather bizzare that after such a *beep* seadon in league we can parade a trophy at the end of that season! Nothing short of our 'best' team will be aceptable for ssc final. Does this mean an open top bus tour of west sussex is no longer necessary? If the unthinkable happens and we lose ssc final....a line up of the players and a wet spong throw just like all good school fairs chuck 'en at head teachers....could create our biggest crowd of the season to turn up. |

Let's be honest, even if we win, which I doubt, no one, apart from us diehards, will give a toss. |

As long as they don't lose their heads over it. I guess in the meantime we'd better get a few WINS OR else somebody will be moaning... |

If we have difficulty hitting the target... are we experiencing plant-ag-a-net ? |

I give so little of a toss I won't be going - and I live in Hove.
These matches just frustrate the hell out of me. |
