Apologies if I have missed this, have Banj and Ashton decided on their deals yet? Think these are the only 2 not released (so assume offered something) that we don't know about.
Did see on transfermarkt website that Banj was on there, contract expired yesterday, Ashton wasn't but guess his also passed yesterday.
If he can stay fit, I'd want Banj and I'd guess as a back-up, assuming we can get a defender or 2, Ashton is worth keeping. |

Both were invited back to pre season training to prove their fitness and then a decision would be taken. |

Would like to see Oyebanjo retained, but I do not think Ashton is one to take us up to the next level. |

With Connolly, McNerney and Yorwerth as CBs, I don't see Ashton getting much game time anyway. Possibly will be kept on as a squad player/defensive coach. He took some of the pre-match warm up sessions last season. |

We could do worse as a squad player. He did quite well last season, quite dependable and steady.
In any case who knows what the set up will be, last time here Connolly seemed to play more at RB than CB. |
