Now that he's soon to be in charge, what 2 changes would you like to see implemented by Mr Eren?

For me -

1. Continue engaging with the fans by mingling occasionally on the terrace/Redz. (or his representatives doing it)

2. Supporter representation on the board.

1) Find us a proper training ground. We've used so many places recently we could change our name to Crawley Wanderers.

2) Start up a reserve team/youth team.

And it goes without saying put a decent amount of money into the playing budget.

I've never been too fussy about fans being on the board, empowerment comes from a respectful open exchange with the owners... it doesn't have to be any more formal than that.

I think they just need to follow-up on their public statements, we have had too many incumbents who trotted out the right words to get the fans clapping like seals... and then fell short when it came to the delivery..!

yes a little interaction with the fans would be good but not in the ground, they should be in the directors box not the terrace

IF they attend the Fans Forums instead of their representatives that would be cool.

How about a good kebab service in Redz Bar ?

Reduce the cost of car parking.
Have genuine vegetarian options available - not some bogus "Reggie Veggie" item that's permanently out of stock (code for saying that they can't be arsed to cater for minorities).
Reasonably priced non-alcohol options.

Hmm. That's three Smile

Have you not tried the burgers? There's definitely no meat in them!

a new manager at the end of this season sorry MY you are a good mid table L2 manager but unfortunately no better and i would hope we happy higher aspirations than bottom half

better catering, lets face it we have kids running at least one of the doot outlets who do not appear to have any catering knowledge,

Don't sack them put them on an NVQ programme to aid there possible future careers and give them decent products to work with

re-instate the youth team and get the community project we currently do in the papers lets shout about the good things our club do

fan engagement is a big thing as well if a player gets injured lets have updates about them

anyway thats 4 things and could probably write another 4 but feel these are key issues
