Just as predicted.
Another one we miss out on But Pellegrini is available. It will be funny if they win all 4 and still he gets the chop. |

Perhaps someone should send him a copy of 'The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner'. |

I suppose Neymar declaring he'd love to play in a team managed by Pep has no relevance..? |

I know PG is a highly sought after and well respected coach, but I can't help but think this decision is very harsh on Pelligrini. He's done a decent enough job there and to announce before seasons end just doesn't seem right IMO.
Think PG will find life in the Premiership to be quite an eye opener especially as there is no winter break over here which is something he will have previously experienced in Spain & Germany.

Funny old game.... Man Utd, Chelsea & Man City all have current managers with expiry dates.... it's kinda academic anyway given the high turnover rate but a strange situation nonetheless. |

Best squad by far in the Premier League, biggest budget by far in the Premier League and yet they're behind Leicester in February.

And last season was behind Chelsea on alphabetical order at new year - yet finished 8 points behind.
I'm not sure he can successfuly motivate the squad to win enough games. |

And this season... any failures will be because he is going... and any successes will be because Guardiola is on his way..! |
