Under performing?

Or perhaps you've become complacent with our over performing hotch potch of journeymen that have done well to steer us clear or relegation.

It's hard to build a team from nothing.

There is no way we can engineer a clear out no one wuld take most of our players and they have contracts.

We need strengthening in almost every area but it won't happen.

Mark Yates has got to go. 16th is unacceptable. He is a disgrace.

Lee you don't even go to home games anymore.

You gave up your right to an opinion.

We must have the most fickle and unappreciative fans in the football league, feel sorry for our players and managers that have had to put up with comments like these over the years.

16th in League Two for our club with back to back promotions and cup runs in very recent memory is an excellent place to be in, I can't quite comprehend how our fans (and sadly it seems to be a majority) can have the audacity to say things like 'give us a side worth supporting.' God help us when/if we eventually go down and we have results and perfomances far worse than we've had this season, what on earth will people be saying then?

We're in a bit of a slump, but this season overall we've picked up our share of decent results... individual errors have cost us and we were always going to miss Murphy.

The question though.. is whether we can get anything better in... I remain to be convinced..?

manager...yes, players...desperate state yates has ****ed that and a new manager would have to work with the asdembled misfit squad to sum.extent but at least might be able get best out of what we have e.g. bib's son and young. Add to that tactical intellugence motivation etc theres hope but under yates we are doomed.

Not murphy we miss its so much a coherent midfield and them going box to box and leadership on the pitch be goodvstart as would a half decent keeper and defence.

Mark Yates is not the problem. Let's look at the facts...

Fact 1 - Our owner is no longer investing the large sums he previously has done.

Fact 2 - We have a few players that John Gregory signed on 2 year deals (i.e. Harrold, Smith, Bradley, Tomlin, Young).

Fact 3 - The majority of Yates' budget hasn't been spent by Yates.

All of these facts leave me feeling sympathetic with Yates. He is working with both hands tied behind his back and, in my opinion, what he has delivered so far (i.e. 14 points above relegation and some decent displays, such as Cambridge away and winning 7 from the last 9 away games *I think that's right*) has been more than acceptable.

Crawley Town's problems are in the Board Room, not the manager's office.
