The Young Player of the Season results are based on the same results as the Player of the Season, but to qualify the player has to be 23 or under at the beginning of the season.

Joe Walsh is the CTFC.net Young Player of the Season for 2013/14.

On his way to winning the award he was named the CTFC.net Man of the Match five times and was the CTFC.net Player of the Month in January.

He follows previous winners, Mark Connolly (2012/13) and Charlie Wassmer (2011/12).
