So it appears the player had a sine die ban due to an unpaid fine of £10 when at Fisher which he was unaware of (seriously, who risks a sine die ban for a tenner?).
When he signed for HH some time later the ban was not listed on FA websites but appeared some time later although the club and player had no reason to check.

HH have appealed the leagues decision. |

Ha wonder if it will be held at Lancing FC who fielded an ineligible player in last season's Peter Bentley Cup Final and were never sanctioned?! |
