My Dad is a Nottingham Forest fan and really doesn't want him there. A club that size could do better (similar to Leeds) but he could still do a job elsewhere in the Championship. Maybe back at Rotherham, or at Reading?

Not everyone's cup of tea, in fact wasn't mine when he arrived here, but won me over.
Did a decent job at Leeds IMO, at a time when they really did need to steady the ship.
I think he did that and more, so the next person to take the reigns there will have an easier job.Mission accomplished.

I think Leeds will struggle to get the right person. Anyone coming in will just be doing it for the money and the pay off they will get when the inevitable happens.

Unfortunately all the time they have that buffoon Cellino as owner they are doomed.

It says something when the managers of MK Dons and Bristol Rovers are turning down a club like Leeds to stay where they are.

I was surprised when he was given the job at Leeds. Although he has toned down his act a little he's just to volatile. Still he lasted longer than most of the recent managers at Leeds.

I'm surprised he lasted until the end of the season, mainly because Cellino is so trigger happy, but also I wasn't sure if Evans was up for it, but he's done a decent job and leaves having only enhanced his reputation and most likely been given a generous pay off- win win for him.

Leeds will probably hire and fire and couple of mangers next season and end up scrapping in mid table again.

Just another sign that Leeds are not the draw they once were - something underlined when they appointed Evans/Hockaday and some of the others under Cellino.

Why leave the relative safety of MK Dons/Rovers for a 12 game spurt in the championship

He's a hot property, he will be soon be snapped up.

Maybe in Scotland or the Championship here in Engalnd.

He's the best manager we have ever had.

He eats what he likes, he eats what he likes,
Big Steve Evans, he eats what he likes.......
