Somewhat refreshing to see some communication going on. Long may it continue.

Wow, how unusually transparent.

Sounds good. Now to do some research to try and find a European club with Turkish owners.

And there's even a back-up consortium it seems.

So the turkish link confirmed....I work with a couple of turkish lads and they are getting a bit excited by the thought of the club being taken over by one of their own and have said they will start to come it it happens, we shall see...they both support galatasary but say will be no connection with them as they are skint...certainly going to get interesting as we start to hear more about them...very passionate about their teams are the turks so hopefully they will be with us....and very rich...hopefuly

Not sure there can be any criticism even on here regarding the clubs transparency in all this.

I will feel a lot happier if we pick up a point or more tomorrow. My big worry is the players and managers state of mind. We are five losses from six and don't look like we can buy a result.

According to wikapedia "nearly all Turkish sports clubs are owned by their members".

I hope that the potential new owners have plans to strengthen the team this season. We need to tap into a source of out of contract players.

For what it is worth, the best known Turkish football agent is Muzzi Oscan of Mondial Sport Management & Consulting Sarl, who brokered some very good deals here and in Germany.

I've just had a large lamb shish from three bridges kebab centre.
I'm practically Turkish now.

Wouldn't it be a delight if our Turkish friends allowed everyone the chance to attend matches and be part of a Turkish ultra culture in the Broadfield stadium. We need to put a great big fence up in the south stand so we can all hang off it swinging our scarfs around whilst drums and red smoke send us into a wild frenzy.

I am sure this was with tongue in cheek, but given the amount of Turkish residents in London any Turkish side of note in a friendly would surely draw a decent crowd. Could be an option that is explored.
