When this is done by someone who is no drama queen and been there for the bad times I think it speak volumes.
As for Walsh what a pathetic move. Just when there needs to be some cool heads our leader on the field gets himself a three match holiday. Well played.
Still can't believe that the dismantling of last years team and the assembling of this collection was solely down to money. I think the game play is that the further we drop so will the asking price. At this rate we could be sold for a king size Mars bar and some belly button fluff.
Don't think I'll be there Saturday, I'm sure my wife will enjoy standing in for me so I can watch my eldest boy Ref.
Good thing was that it was really easy to leave the ground at the end to come home. It was like it was during the conference years with just a thousand or so people leaving.
I'm just really glad I don't have the emotional buy in as I jettisoned all that a few years ago and just treat football as something to do with my boys, and I've never hidden that view. I honestly feel real sympathy though for those that are hurt by the vandalism of the club that has taken place. Still, I suppose it's just business, nothing personal (except it is to many). |

If we can only launch killer balls and not play thru midfield then lets set up to do it properly... Pogba as the spearhead with Izale & Gwion close behind..(?) |
But Thad, that would involve more than one striker.
This is just not in Groves's coaching and tactics manual....... |

The only thing I enjoyed last night was the sausage roll and chips I brought before the game, improvement on previous seasons but bit pricey at £5...also like the fact that the choclate bars are the large double ones... |

I did think the playing of the theme to the Steve McQueen film The Great Escape before the teams came out was optimistic and a sign of humour somewhere! |

Second half was the first time I went in to neutral mode watching Crawley. It was either walking out or appreciating the opposition and with the likes of Sheffield Utd, Bristol City around the corner fancy it will happen again. |
