I'd argue that draw or lose at Orient, Colchester would be win or sacked. Would give a new manager a few days to assess the squad and make some changes ahead of our next game which isn't until January 10th. |

I don't like the whole "if he loses this game he should go". For me, you have faith in a manager or you don't. You think he will take your club forward or not. I wanted him out early on this season. Even when we were picking up lucky 1-0 wins, it was never going to be enough throughout a whole season.
He has to go, regardless of two games. Anyone can get lucky in a one off fixture. |
