Not sure how difficult S/Ts are finding it to give away their free tickets for Tuesday, but having distributed (my sons have taken theirs to school) five of ours we still have one seat in the East Stand if anybody wants it - I know not the "hottest ticket in town" at the moment but we have to try! Shocked

My spare ticket now claimed.

I'm taking two friends along.

Offered one ticket to a Sunderland supporting friend and said that he might like to come along and see a eight goal spectacular. At that point he turned me down

Embarrassingly this will be my first home league game of the season ( I have been to 4 away games just to clarify ). Just wondered if anyone had a spare ticket saves me potentially wasting my money as I have done already when going to Doncaster and Notts county.

Genuinely couldn't find anyone who was willing to miss watching the Champions League on the telly for it. It's alarming how many people who were born and bred in this town couldn't give a flip that they have a Football League club on their doorstep.

If you don't support them you aren't going to fork out to go or even bother. If someone offered me free tickets, accommodation and travel to watch say Mansfield, I would turn them down. Heck, I'd even turn it down if it were Brighton. I support neither and am not interested. Even if I moved to those towns I still wouldn't go to see the game if it were free.
