CTFC v Ross Bridges or Three Mitchells

Is there a fence strong enough to support the new Three Bridges Director/Drummer/Official photographer/Car Park Attendant?

If you were at the friendly last year you would have seen the fence is plenty capable, as it has been this season and will be next.

I have no issues on or offline Laughing

It's other people seemingly need to try and belittle others for trying to make something of themselves Smile

While they are trying to be funny, They just aren't very good at it Laughing

Think Billingshurst finished bottom of County League div 3 last season, we might even beat them today with fewer than 11 players and no keeper! However, good way of introducing CTFC to an area within sussex that could and should be prime territory for new supporters.

What team would turn out then? We don't have a reserve, U21, U18 or academy?

I played a... er.. "friendly" at Billingshurst many moons back... well the beer and curry afterwards was good... we got the runaround from a bunch of kids... one of whom went on to become (one for the old-timers) Mark Hawthorne... he was sheer class for very little effort and extremely vocal... I didn't realise at the time that he would continue that philosophy throughout his football journeys. Wink

That is a very good question. As long as we are not worrying about it when the season kicks off.

Indeed. If Sadler, Bulman and Jones follow Proctor's lead and don't stay with us, and we end up having to sell one of Fadz or Walsh, then Jimmy Smith becomes our 5th longest serving player!! Shocked
(or 7th if you count those two kids, which I wasn't)
Rebuilding is an understatement. I'm sure JG has some irons in the fire. If the three out of contract lads re-sign with us, and we can get one of Tubbsy or Edwards in on loan again, it won't seem such a herculean task. If we don't get any of them back then come August we'll all need to be issued with a Who's Who at Crawley Town guide.
